Personal Trainer Steve Adams

Much like many others, I worked in the corporate world for years struggling with not only finding time to workout, but also find the right program that I not only enjoyed but found effective. I hit a breaking point 10 years ago and began making the time to train. I found a passion in it and began coaching and training others shortly after. I loved helping others change their bodies and ultimately increase their confidence and happiness.

Just over 3 years ago I opened CrossFit Kaiju here in Matthews, NC. Since that time, the gym has expanded, grown and now has a successful set of trainers focused on helping people get what they want out of fitness training – success. While we have group classes, I’m proud to have developed our personal training business into our bread and butter.

My approach to personal training is just that, personal. From our initial consultation to our subsequent training sessions, I strive to make the sessions not only effective, but fun. I’ve built personal relationships with most all of my clients – some have become like family.

I’m not militant in my personal training tactics. I’m not in the business of yelling or coming down on people. I’m firm but positive in my training sessions. You will work harder than you have before and you will see results.
