From the minute you walk in the door we’ll put you at ease, no intimidation. This is an open-minded place with no yelling. While you’ll work hard, everything will come with positive reinforcement. You’ll likely be wiped out, sweaty on the floor at the end of your session, but your trainer’s hand will always be reaching down to pick you up and tell you “Good work!”
